Welcome to Visual Appetite. By using our services or purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

About Us

Visual Appetite is operated by Karin Winblad Fotografi, organization number 710820–6900. I am based in Sweden and deliver custom visual content remotely to international clients.

1. Services

We provide monthly visual content subscriptions (Appetizer or Main Course), including tailored photos and videos based on your brand and seasonal focus. All content is produced remotely. You are responsible for submitting any required product materials or brand guidelines.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is made in advance via Stripe. Prices are in USD. No VAT or U.S. sales tax is added for international customers under the EU reverse charge mechanism. The buyer may be responsible for reporting the purchase as a taxable transaction in their local jurisdiction.

3. Delivery

Content is delivered monthly, typically within 30 days of payment, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery includes the number of assets specified in your subscription tier.

4. Revisions

One complimentary revision is included per delivery. Major changes requiring new direction or format may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All visuals remain the intellectual property of Visual Appetite. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the visuals online, including your website, social media, and digital advertising.

You may not resell, distribute, or use the visuals offline without written permission. Visual Appetite retains the right to display the work for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled with two months’ notice. Refunds are not offered once production has started, due to the custom nature of the work.

7. Disputes

In case of disputes, Swedish law applies. We aim to resolve all issues quickly and professionally.
